My life can be very hectic. My days are typically filled with a calendared agenda of responsibilities. No matter how hectic my schedule. I find that playing uplifting music throughout the day or listening to a good book or a motivational podcast, all while I’m on the run, keeps me centered and thinking positively.

And, when I have that one day where there is nothing on my calendar, I call it an “Angie Day.” On Angie Day, I plan to do all the things that are going to feed my mind, body, and soul. Sometimes that means going to the gym and running errands, but finally having the time to do those things and get them off my to-do list makes me happy. I may also have lunch with a friend or take a nap. Having my own schedule for just one day replenishes my soul.
